Making our way back to life as we once knew it - We will start to shift our focus from resolution driven goals (that let’s face it most of the time never stuck) to understanding new perspectives on life. The question here is how can we take these changes that we have lived with for the past few years and use it to our advantage? Could it be seen as a way to reset our priorities and see the changes that made some of us grow up faster, or embraced different responsibilities, some might even say given the chance to experiment with something new. January is about shifting our focus from selflessness too rebuilding ourselves into the people we always knew we could be. If you can begin to see any possibility in a new light, and have the strength to understand that you don’t have to have the answers all figured out, you might just come out on top of your own journey.
